Modular homes are system-built homes constructed in a controlled factory environment to Uniform Building Code regulations (same as site built construction).

Our one and two-story homes offer a wide variety of floor plans and elevations. Standard features include 6/12 roof pitch, 9ft flat and coffered ceilings, hardwood cabinets, upgraded appliances and choice of floor coverings. Optional fire resistant tile roofs and stucco walls are available on most models.

Our homes are designed to meet or exceed all California Title 24 requirements for energy efficiency including Low E windows, 2 x 6 walls with R-19 insulation. These features result in lower utility bills and higher resale value. All homes are backed up by a 1-year factory warranty and 10-year builder’s warranty.
